Smokehouse BBQ doesn't always have to be huge slabs of meat. For this event, BRIKETT will be combining fine dining techniques with Slow & Low BBQ, in Vesp's casual fine dining setting. With a beautiful wine pairing from Vesp, the collaboration will showcase how BBQ can be presented in a refined manner: it's more than just your dad burning sausages in the garden.

This is a ticketed event and seats are limited. Entry is between 18:00 and 18:45, the menu will begin around 19:00. Guests will be served a set menu, which may include meat/fish, unless Vegetarian Menu is expressly selected.
